It is clean safe area with many locals. The popular tram number 22 passes from here and among places like National theatre, Charles Bridge (Karluv most), Mala strana also goes directly to one of the most favorite destinations the Prague Castle. During a night after having nice time downtown instead of taking taxi you can use night tram which goes to the apartment.
